Can anyone tell me why an OTC stock has after hour ticks like AMBS did today?...huge activity after hours. Something like 1.2milly at .0302 and 50k at .0297. I have noticed this has happened to AMBS a few times in the past ten days....I know those transactions were not forgotten about during the day because AMBS never hit .0297! or did it.....
