Thats correct Clueless. A lawsuit is not going to change anything. To think for a second that a major player interested in acquiring a potentially billion dollar patent portfolio would even blink because of a two year old suit is beyond ludicrous. Not to mention that the lawsuit in question is a counter suit. With the potential worth of Mobile Gateway and RBR in the billions, a small civil court hiccup is laughable.
