So let me get this right. The company does not have any revenue for half a decade. It raises capital to survive meaning selling shares yet the company has never disclosed how much money it raise and how much shares issued at what price. The only thing we have ever seen is share dilution. Look at the quarterly fillings, shares are issued at 0.001 cents when the stock were trading at 0.05 cents this is major dilution. Additionally huge amount of shares are issued to one individual constantly.

There are something going on we do not know and the company does not want us to know.

why is a public company not disclosing how much money raised and at what price?
