Wish we could get a exit/settlement date figured out soon. I would still be shocked if they only support the creditors of A123. I bet a lot of people invested in carbon reductive technology. It only made sense to prepare for the inevitable in 2009/2010. Now Americans have all but forgotten disruptive climate change. Poor humans still don't understand the Stefan-Boltzman law. Either way I was hoping Obama could influence or Wanxiang would look out for all interests not just these creditors or whatever. Well glad most of probably made lots of money shorting the stock. Way to take the high road!!!
