CM Group and Medify Solutions agree initial Italian revenue contract


CM Group announces contract agreement

ROME, Dec 20, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- CM Isitel spa part of CM Group is pleased to announce the finalisation of contractual negotiations with Medify Solutions Limited which have been successfully concluded. The contract initially is to provide 20,000 Medify remote units in Italian, in the first wave, which are scheduled for delivery by March 2006. The application will be provided under the current terms of (euro) 68 per user. CM Group will take the lead on this contract and is in discussions with major Italian Network Providers for the network provisioning.
