Call them they will be happy to explain it all to you.3Dicon was awarded the grant money and I believe they said Sept was the first month to receive the first 150k and OCAST will match that same amount 1 year from that date.I havnt seen anything about 3dicon needing to match the 150k with their own 150k with each allotment.Ill look into that as well,i don't believe they had to the last time.OCAST said they release all those who won over a couple of weeks even though 3dicon has been awarded the money.
