A.G. MEDIA GROUP PROVIDES YEAR END UPDATE


Sales growth, new clients and new products round out a successful 2005

MONTREAL, December 19, 2005 - A.G. Media Group, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: AMGJ.PK) today provided a corporate update and year end business summary.

Throughout 2005 A.G. Media has been focused on its business plan and has effectively deployed its growth strategy comprised of the implementation of a direct advertising sales organization, product development and increased brand awareness. This strategy has yielded major accomplishments for A.G. Media including:


AOL Partnership. A.G. Media signed a partnership agreement with AOL/Time Warner to provide content for it AOL BlackVoices web property. This agreement has contributed to increased web audience traffic to A.G. Media's GospelCity.com web property.


New Annual Advertising Product. A.G. Media introduced a new annual advertising agreement designed to simplify advertising buys for music industry clients. The Company signed its first deal of this type in September with record label, Alliant Music Group.


New Clients. The addition of new corporate advertising clients including event producers, publishers and even consumer brands has enabled the Company to increase advertising sales.


New Application Development. A.G. Media has moved into first stage development of its new PrayerMail product, a web-based messaging application targeted to the faith-based community. The Company anticipates this product to be a primary revenue source.
