Could be meeting a requirement and gateway for federal dollars grants and an Avenue to possibly ease certain restrictions The picture will be clearer after or during the swap. imo

Also,I have noticed how very similar MedicalGreens steps. The acquisitions, in house licensed research lab, software development? IMO, we three are not mere Copy Cats. A bigger force is obviously in the background not necessarily sponsoring or endorsing, but clearing a predetermined path. imo
