Yeah. I believe they tried to merge, but it didn't go through. They do have a revenue of that. Beacon had financial difficulties and sold some of their things to Focus Venture Partners. The merger had an extremely high chance (IMO) to succeed since Beacon was basically being bought out by it's own business, essentially.

The shell corporation is going from hundreds of thousands a year to 31 million. Just need the damn people to make a lovely PR about it. The ticker symbol will change at that point.
