Maybe the company does have something however from past results even I would be skeptical to being an affiliate to the company.

This company has nothing to show for in the past (technical a shell) until this year with the patents prospect. These patents has not been carefully appraised and there are no clear indication that any major company is interested Other than the press release put out there by the company saying fortune 500 are interested in acquiring these patents.

To be honest we have seen these sorts of PR. someone pointed out the PR saying the company has engaged and Open sales channel to India with major provider etc called Rupeechat.com coming to find out this site is owned by the biggest shareholder in the company richard kipping and his wife. what happened to the sales channel stunt?

My adviser tells me this is most likely another gimmick, show me a serious CEO that puts out PR saying another company is interested in buying us?

I am definitely a buyer if i can see some transparencies until then its all smokescreen bud.
