Yea, I wondered about that, can they vote out the dividends? Seems the requirement to pay dividends hurts this Company's stock price, and shareholders anyway.

Also wondered if there were many of the dividend chasers waiting this out, whether to stay in or not.

I don't know anything about these Limited partnerships, and how they work, but do find it interesting. Small position here, and will keep it for now.

And yes, Obama's war on coal is real..and we are all paying higher prices for it, subsidizing financing for failed "green" Company's and all.
