Many Emails have been sent to the company and they may decide to clarify. Somehow the Ericy resolution has not been the clarifying event that many of us anticipated. As a matter of fact, Ericy did not license any 2g CDMA products going forward and I read somewhere today that have 5% of the handset sales. Now, that just adds more confusion to the pie.
