One thing for certain that should be noted.. Those business transactions (PRE-DATED) KCC.. They occurred during 2009 & 2010 and were agreed to by previous management.. Note as well that until the KCC team took the reins during June of 2012, the company never approached becoming CURRENT with its reporting.. Give the new team some slack my friend!
