50Plus..Thanks much! So FCDH sells 5% of Kachina (KCHG) (a .01 stock as of Friday), and 50% of Terra Block to SNYY (a $1.40 stock as of Fridays close) for "... a huge windfall for the company and our shareholders," Does anyone know the share quantity received for this Windfall? I am just trying top put a value on this transaction! I also dont think that the company is giving all the shares to its share holders! I would suspect that some may be getting sold to the Blackout Network so that FCDH can buy a sizeable portion of it!
