That's no proof at all. The final 8-K from the company announced two things:
1. Juma's management resigned. Normally, replacements would have been announced at the same time. They were not, because there was no need for them.
2. ALL of Juma's assets were transferred to Nectar Holdings, a company formed in Delaware on 4 October 2010, only a couple of weeks before the asset transfer took place. Nectar Services was one of those assets. Pretty much the only one.
