That symbol change was in 2010. In 2013 the symbol changed back to NXHZ (see link):

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_search.asp?DirectSymbol=NXHZQ&OTCBB=True

As far as I know, it means that the company was in bankruptcy proceedings, but in 2013 (with the new symbol change) it has re-emerged from bankruptcy ( a good thing )
