If the 15th falls on a weekend, they have until Monday to file. At least this is what I've been able to glean from what I've read. They have until EOD today to file anything. It hasn't expired quite yet, though I am of the same opinion as yourself. I was optimistic this morning, but it is depleting very quickly.
