They have signed nondisclosures with other possible partners. Unlike many others, I appreciate a candid update. While management cannot control what others do, they can control communication and I, for one, appreciate it. Also, another private placement from friends/family who have bet a quarter mill those talks will be fruitful. That is saying a lot.
