You know you cannot short a penny stock (no way). I am not bashing anyone. I am merely doing DD required to possibly invest. It seems that certain people don't like the fact that i am asking tough questions they would rather see me post stuff like oh yeah this stock is worth $1 no reasoning for the valuation. In my view that is false manipulation. I am not here to promote the stock. I am here to read all there is about this company before I invest.
