Spec you maybe right but to be honest there are a lot of unanswered questions. The company has never explained how it manages to raise funds to the tune of over 100K every quarter. It does not explain who and how many shares issued for funding. Dilution is bad for all investors and currently i believe the company has issued 500M shares. Who knows how many preferred shares the company has issued. We know the company does not have any revenue. Perhaps the post by VenCap is true maybe not - I would like to know more.
