REVERSE SPLIT (245:1) ANNOUNCED AS WELL AS THE NAME CHANGE!!

"Parallel Technologies" (PLLK) will be changed to "Fushi International, Inc."
(the new stock symbol has not been mentioned yet)

When the reverse split will occur: (from 8-K)

The Reverse Split and name change will occur within 25 days of the Company mailing a definitive Information Statement on Schedule 14C to its shareholders, and a preliminary Information Statement is being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on or about the date of this Current Report.

So looks like this will all take effect before the middle of January 2006.
