MJ, I never said the news brought the SP down. I just said we got news the past 2 years and the SP went from .04 to .0005. There was nothing in any of the company news that specifically caused a sell-off in the SP. But then again none of the so-called purchase orders/sales in the past 2 years have panned out so far. Given that and the 11 X's plus increase in the O/S is what precipitated the sell-off, IMO. Is there any other explanation for it? And now investors are looking at another 660 million shares in the O/S to pay off the current Debt for sure, with about another 3.4 billion shares on top of that in the A/S that is available to MS for conversion.
