Golden Fame Resources and Pan American Fertilizer Sign Definitive Agreement

Vancouver, British Columbia, May 21, 2013: Golden Fame Resources Corp. (TSXV:GFA; Frankfurt: 6GF) ("Golden Fame") and Pan American Fertilizer Corp.
