Remember someone has 30K warrants executable at 2.51. Now I am not saying that hit the stock today as I just think it is returning back to its normal ranges. The day to days are not the issue. The real process begins when shareholder approval hits. At that point it is one company. Now I know a few people did not like me talking about R/S but I can think of two very good reasons this might happen. But as they say, lets see what happens the day before vote, that will tell you everything.
