Hey, There is no reason for sarcism. We have been hearing conflicting opinions as to what is really going to be decided. As I understand it Judge P. is only there to determine the issue whether or not to vacate the decision.

If he enforeces the decision and gives it his stamp of approval then we are at where???? My point is IDCC then puts an injunction on the assets...and Nokia appeals it to a higher court and drags this out 6 more months. (is it possible)

I am only saying that regardless of the outcome we will still be waiting during another period of negotiation after they have defaulted. Does the judge give a deadline as to when payment must be made? You said that "there are stiff consequences for malevolent actions."

What are those consequences? Are you saying that the judge will add to the penalties? The issues at hand were very narrow and as such there would be no reason for Judge P. to go back to the lawyers and ask them to narrow it down. Judge P. job is not even to consider the arbitration that NOKIA asked for, he is only determining enforceability?

In your opinion what is stiffest consequence that the judge can impose other than a hefty shaking of an erect finger?

Thanks
