During the 3rd Quarter, Republic of Texas Brands aggressively searched for a major acquisition in the barbecue business in the North Texas area after attempting to create its brand under 1824 Texas Best Barbecue.

RTXB has $1,277 in cash, no sales, $131,738 in defaults, and a legal judgment against them from 2009 for only $2,000 that RTXB cannot afford to pay. I do love the list of people that can make money with RTXB if other people are tricked into buying their shares when available for sale;
