The assets were valued based on what we all thought to be the upfront ad money on the TV shows. JC got the shares and doesn't want the sheep he has had working for him for years, for free, to know. Steve said JC got the shares when we purchased the assets, so I don't know why that is a question. It has been answered. JC is the only one claiming he got no shares. Although seems to me JC is more talking about the bonus shares he thought he was going to get to take over PNCH. Now he is trying to save face to all the people he had working for him for years for free. Which I believe to be probably his flock from church. Hiding behind religion and using his reverend title to gain him free employees. Which was BEFORE we purchased the assets.
