I know its old news but this is not good. Acquisition is rather impossible with this type of case. Voip Pal is the plaintiff but voip pal is also counter-sued as well by the defendants. There are two other parties sued by the defendants (Platinum Tribe Inc and Kipping Richard). On research I found Platinum Tribe Inc as shareholders/Investors in Voip Pal. Richard Kiipling is also CEO of Voip Pal Inc.
