Investor relations mailed and called me to explain in great detail this whole up listing process. I am now a full believer. He said twice that this is a lottery ticket but necessary in order to restructure for the up listing. They want out of OTC and I'm convinced after my discussion that they will do it. He said they have it narrowed down to three underwriters. This is legit. They know what they are doing.
