b) The company entered into an agreement with Fairhills Capital in Q4 FYE 2012 for $1M via 504
stock sales which is no longer being used by the company. Fairhills Capital was sanctioned by
the SEC therefore the company has terminated all funding with Fairhills.

e) The company secured renewal of TURF contract with Goodman Networks as a Tier 2 supplier
to AT&T for 4G/LTE Tower upgrades.(October 2012). The company was assigned to markets
in North and South Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana.
