FWIW, some use MACD crossovers (8,17,9) for entries, and (12,26,9) for exits.

Just a tidbit, as far as me..........well multiple scenarios and time frames but usually looking to exit very soon after entry, not a holder and in reality most times it's a race for the door in and out.

For now you may wish to consider BB median and 32SMA or 34SMA (fib number) for that matter as support for longer term scenarios, pending your entries.

Simple near term horizontal support is quite easy and effective(in price as well as studies historically specific to each stock)along w/ trendlines as well.

Try working w/ NO studies/indicators and only price elevations and volume.
