A theory: CSTI is often on both bid and ask. Thus, they can pick up the shares dumped while selling them a little later at a higher price again, to the buyers, even if it is just a gap of eg. 0.0102 to 0.0106. They have been doing this for qute some time now.
They will keep doing this till news hit, or till people stop selling to them...... thus, trying to have faith in REDG instead of being driven by fear.
Guys, do you DD, then decide for yourselves, if you want to be invested in this stock, or not. I am, and I will be, even if it takes a wee bit longer to go up a lot higher, which I believe it will.
