For toxic financing to work there has to be money borrowed and shares turned over.

Both of these things are considered significant events requiring filings with the SEC.

There has been no borrowing and there is no money owed.

Therefore all this Death Spiral and dilution talk is just a bunch of BS to spread the panic and lower the PPS.
