That's also how a Construction Loan works.

One gets just enough money to dig a whole and lay a foundation.
Then you get the next draw for the frame and the roof.
Then for the wiring, plumbing and dry wall .............. etc,

so to get $ 500,000 = half a mill, from VCs, to start is a HUGE achievement !!!

The PPS could be at a launching point for a new leg up ......
could be a good one, like in a new highs ? that will surpass the ones reached in March ? is .02 the next leg ?
