'tdieh03'...No, it isn't a 'pipeline'...

What you are looking at in that picture is the Scale for weighing trucks in and out of the Pit, which sits in the back of the Pit office...

The big 'pipe' looking things are the guard rails for the scale, so that the trucks don't drive off the edge of the scale...

If you look at the newest pics from 'robinhood', you can see the same pipes painted yellow from another angle...

It looks like they go all the way around the perimeter of the Scale Office, like they are 'protection' from any trucks running into their building...

Because from misty's pics, it looks like the scale would be located on the back side of the Office, which is an unusual set up...
