Odeen I am aware that this is a 'reporting' OTC company. The only reason we have any interest in the outcome is because we own several million shares and care about our money. The advantage this company has over other Pink Sheet and OTC companies is the fact that they are a reporting company. However, this does not give them Carte Blanche to dilute shares without notice and make evaluations that are not recognized under good accounting practices. They can't have it both ways. Just because you report doesn't mean you are doing right by shareholders. I am for myself and the investors that have bought this stock in hopes of seeing some kind of appreciation.
