It didn't occur to me to ask how he raised the money...

To pay off this debt...He probably would have told me if I had asked...

As I mentioned, that was not the main purpose for my call...

Though it was one of the first things he talked about...

If he did raise the cash through selling shares, the good news is he won't need to sell any more shares now, as this debt is now paid off...
