As I recall the arbitral decision that was rendered was done with the full review and approval of the ICA plenary body. The only one crying foul is the arbitrator selected by Nokia. Hmmm.

Does anyone here really think the ICA would have signed off on the final decision if they felt it was fraudulent or outside the scope of the panel. I certainly don't. Therefore, the arbitration decision has been given just and proper scrutiny and properly rendered. Now the SDNY has to make the same determination to hopefully put this matter to rest.
