it is... as WILS is on the right side with a big +19 next to it that means it's a new promotion and "heavy" one... I don't know exactly how to read it but do edit find and stock symbol and see how many times it shows and by who... the +figure next to it is more the key, if like 10+ thats' pretty big.. I've seen 40 before too.... the list on the left side tends to be older and the runs are over.. but with any promoted stock it can go up and down fast or soemtimes run a few days... very hard to tell, so careful!
