Hi LC, Mr. Lichello suggested 5% as a minimum size order if the account was $10,000 or larger. I suggested that a 5% commission would be acceptable back in the days of $50/trade commissions. Today with commissions as low as they are for on-line trading, we can probably view a $500 trade as a practical and economic minimum trade for stocks.
