The stock went no-bid in April 2010 and stayed that way until the reverse split which was the only way to get it trading again after driving the share price into the ground through dilutive "capitalization".

Is there any kind of capitalization via equity that is not dilutive? If so, then when does capitalization become bad? And if he had no choice but fold up the company or RS the stock (further dilution), so that it could become successful (as in get into a major retailor like Walmart), then is that dilution good? Fold up or dilute to make the company successful? Hmmmm, the answer seems obvious to me.
