he really, really didn't want to do the last r/s because for shareholders the consequences were obvious. It's called making the tough decisions at critical junctures. The Co most likely would have went under and we wouldn't be talking about it now.


BS. The stock went no-bid in April 2010 and stayed that way until the reverse split which was the only way to get it trading again after driving the share price into the ground through dilutive "capitalization".
