To the Day Trading YHOO Board!
In order to 'Day Trade' in the USA, most broker's require a 'Cash' Balance of no less than $25K...
Then you will qualify for 'Day Trader' Status, and can trade an unlimited number of times per day, every day of the week, with NO waiting for money to 'settle'...
If you don't have above $25K at all times in your account, you can only trade 3 day trades in a 5 day period...
