I'm still trying to understand why the SCM case is now in the Appellate Court. From everything I can find, a case only goes there if another court, ie Trial Court, has issued a decision on the case. Maybe the mediator made a decision? Whatever, it seems strange that if there was a decision on the SCM lawsuit that it was not made public. And since SCM is appealing, one would think the decision was in mmr's favor. How could lorsch resist p/r'ing that? Even if gagged, wouldn't he have announced that he won, could not release the details and SCM was appealing?

Isn't anyone curious about what is being appealed? On a side note, that link you provided is now showing that the case is fully briefed, so as far as I know the next step is a ruling. This is the biggest potential chunk of revenue in mmr's foreseeable future imo. Fascinating how little interest it generates here.
