Glad to hear you've hung on, something deep inside of me says those that wait will recover. It has happened before to me.

As for the assets, KAA did sell off oil rights to a company called Red Cloud, I believe. Interesting in that I emailed their executives that were quoted in a Oil & Gas article, they initially agreed to communicate with me and share all they knew.
Then, they disappeared also, sounds like KAA may have retained some interest and got all over their management for blabbing.

As for Oil & Gas leases, they are held by production, there exists in each lease a paragragh called the "Habendum Clause" that sets out the production requirement to hold the lease and also the lack of production that triggers the self-extinguishment of the lease.

I believe the leases have all terminated for lack of production. I do also believe that KAA still has oil leases in Texas and is hiding there also enjoying his ill gotten gains, actual robbery.

Let's stay after his sorry arse and send him to jail if possible.
