I have been in contact with Walter Spec and he states that they have revenue streams from ARS and will be filing a financial report before april 15th, Although they acquired debt from the acquisition it is bringing in revenue streams and they see the company overall to turn profit in 2013. I know that the introduction of these shares is horrible news today but maybe after the financial report is filed and the name change is complete there may be a slight glimmer of hope yet. Now if dilution does take place they do need to file stating so but they say the shares are fully diluted. IF more dilution does take place then I do see a possible reverse split for EVCA once again .. ALL IMO of course
