In a world of Regulation FD, IR cannot really tell you anything unless it is public information...so much of their response - many to me directly and many posted on this board - is boilerplate mumbo jumbo.....

Just so people know, as much as I think these morons are bad news...I don't think they have done anything illegal or worthy of SEC complaint.....still if people want to complain to the SEC they can....but it will be a waste of time and effort.....


I will say one thing....you will be hard pressed to find a penny pinkie that has issued 200 to 300 million shares with millions more waiting in the wings in the form of unexercised warrants etc....and almost no revenues that have ever been a success....hence my worry....getting into walgreens will mean nothing unless there is sell through which cannot happen without a massive ad campaign...which DROP cannot afford...hence more dilution is forthcoming....get the picture!!!!!

I am worried sick...I really am...that we are well on our way to becoming a permanent penny....
