What would they down size? Looks like the PR's have been only.
If the said plan to begin sales of Electric Power and marketing electric power with the new division and along with this other plan the sales of coal for export this could turn out great for us longs IMO. The old wait see game continues on! they say coal will be used for the next 100 years.
