8-K not needed but you would think that since MPIX has moved to Las Vegas from Orlando that the company would at the very least disclose this fact to shareholders. Seems like when MPIX has a PR it's only for a pump, but regarding actual operations they say nothing. Since shareholders are equity holders if MPIX has a operational change that shareholders deserve to know.
