No idea. I definitely don't like the selling. Hopefully it is a just a retail trader that needs money for another play. Although the MM is VFIN.

I have no plans to call him. My only question would be what the status of the permits and funding is and I highly doubt he would tell that to anyone.

Hopefully something good is happening. The BID is down to about my average and is making me nervous.
